rev:text	I've rented from this place several times for members of the family and that hasn't been bad which is why I didn't give them one star. leaving someone waiting over 15 minutes for propane in 112 degrees is ridiculous. Several employees - not that many customers - at least two customers that I saw arrive after me and get service inside while I was ignored (rang the bell - went in and asked. Etc.). I ended up getting my oil changed then going back because the nearest Propane was the other direction from my house. To give credit where credit is due the guy who came out was apologetic and gave me a discount for having to come back. I originally gave them 2 but 3 is better. It would be helpful if they posted their least busy time here on yelp - that way we could try to schedule ourselves into their building outside of peak hours - they win - we win...
