  • Now, disclaimer, I usually visit the west side location and I've only been to this one once but it was noteworthy. Besides leaving with a good medical solution for what ended up being pink eye for my dog, I was highly satisfied with the comportment of the staff. The manager who worked the desk, the nurse and the doctor all were knowledgeable and very friendly. This location it would seem, has less traffic than the west side one, which makes for a wonderful experience. I got to our appointment early so the manager even gave me a tip for managing my dog's usual anxious excitement on visits, which is to walk around the store and outside.
