  • The woman that answered my calls both times was a darling. Ms. M, you were great and very helpful, the MA you transferred me to was, let's just say, I don't plan on going to your facility. I was not impressed with the way their MA handled my phone call. I was trying to tell her my problem and she kept interrupting me, and then hung up on me. K. If she's reading this, I hope you learn to treat people better than that. You are rude as all hell, and you shouldn't be working with people.
