  • We are in the process of buying a new home in Las Vegas. Our first deal did not workout due to a low appraisal, we are now on the second house offer. My point is, we have had the inspection done by GSI on both houses. Two in a couple weeks. Their staff was very helpful in scheduling, their inspection was accurate and caring. Their inspection report is complete showing pictures and explaining everything. The lead inspector William shows you any problems found and explains the fix, then documents the issues in details using photos and thermal images. He didn't find too much with this house but they were a couple items I totally missed. Need that professional look to protect this big investment. Absolutely worth the money, Call GSI!
