  • There is a reason this company has less than 2 stars. You have to give them 1 just to write a review...and with over 600 reviews it's obviously a bad service provider. This is the 12th day I have been without service! Forget the local stores, they are useless. I'm still waiting for a response from the corporate offices. The issue is that they are the only cable provider in this area...a monopoly. I would more accurately describe them as practitioners of "bait & switch". You pay, they don't deliver what was promised and the bill is worse than deciphering the bills from the phone companies. Do yourself a favor...get satellite, and a separate internet provider company.
