One of my favorite fine dining sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.
I have been here several times and every time the service is amazing and the sushi is fresh and delicious.
This restaurant is at a higher price point but it is worth it. The ambiance is sensual with dim lighting and the dinning room is open with a few private rooms off to the side for larger parties.
Favorite starters: yellowtail sashimi, tuna sashimi, wagyu beef tataki, shishito peppers, and Maine lobster salad.
Favorite sushi rolls: tiger roll, shrimp tempura, shibuya roll, and niji roll.
If you don't like sushi there are plenty of other tasty options. I would recommend the rock shrimp, black cod miso, or the wagyu skirt steak. We always get a ton of sashimi and nigiri to share for the table and the quality has always been great.
Make sure you save room for dessert. My favorite is the creme brûlée duo which is so tasty. My favorite flavor is the ginger creme brûlée.
