  • I've been here for a few years now and recently made the transition to a 1 bedroom (I had been in a 2 bedroom). I thought it was going to be a stressful and complicated process but I have to say that Grace has been so helpful and made the it a seamless, easy transition. Nancy was terrific as well in setting it up and Cali was great explaining everything as she showed me my new home. What sticks out about Avana is that it's a team effort and everyone is friendly. I am very happy with my experience here at Avana. Great job Grace, Nancy, Cali and staff!!
