You really can't beat this place for a Sunday afternoon of golf. The local rates are great, though you'll tack on $10 for a cart fee, whether you're riding or driving. Angel Park is a fun par-3 with 12 holes, some of them long for a short course, and a water hole that could end up deciding your skins game. It's like Wii Golf or something, that hole. Nail the green and you're set up for par or birdie, miss it and you're checking to see how many balls you have left in your bag.
Pro tip: People are lazy, and so you'll find all kinds of balls in the desert, should you miss the fairway. Your reward for stumbling around looking for your ball is that you'll probably find three other nicer ones. Last time we found a purple one which read "First Lady" on the side. Would you finish out your round with FLOTUS? Of course you would.
It's a really fun place. A tick down because the starter guy is a bit of a grumpus. But you won't see him for very long.
