I will start off by saying my nails turned out good. But sadly as usual I got treated very differently because I'm black. I got bad and or sub par customer service!!!! The I really don't want to serve you but I'll take your money attitude. Tara the nail tech started off pleasant but became rude. Yelled at me to keep my feet still then said why aren't you holding your feet up. Now when I brought to attention that she gave conflicting directions she didn't respond. Her whole attitude become stand offish and rude. Mind you I've been friendly the whole time.
Now her whole attitude with white customers was completely different. I listened to her be so kind to the white women she was working on before me and another white women that came in while she was doing my nails.
When you go to get your nails done you want to be treated with the same level of customer service and respect as anyone else regardless of your race. I shouldn't have to 'check you' so to speak! If you can give white customers good customer service you can definitely do the same with black customers that patronize your business. It's a choice to treat black people poorly. I will not be going back!!!! I refuse to give my money to businesses who treat people differently based on race/the color of someone's skin!
