  • My daughter had her party yesterday and she is still pinching herself that it wasn't a dream. She and her friends had the best time. I had parents texting me afterwards that their daughters can't stop talking about how great of time they had. The price is kind of pricy but worth every penny. They do everything for you so you don't have to worry about a thing. I was coming from Gilbert and expressed my frustrations upfront in the beginning . They were wanting to do everything over the phone or in person. It's a business so waiting in person or waiting over the phone was not working. Which if you are like me busy, both options can be an inconvenient . So I asked if we can do everything by email and they were more than happy to accommodate . They were very professional . The team that worked with the girls were very outgoing and made sure everyone was having fun. I had one guest who showed up an hour late and the team made sure she received the same glam treatment in the remaining time allotted. I've read some of the previous negative comments and I would just encourage any customer to express their concerns. Cindy and DeNise are more than willing to make the experience stress free, you just have to let them know.
