Gave this place a chance. Ordered flowers and wondered if they were going to get it on time back on Valentine's Day. Sent an email, no reply, still haven't gotten a reply actually, messaged them on here as well, still no reply.
Gave them a call, put me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and gave them a call again. The supervisor told me the order was on route but I asked to cancel. The supervisor generously offered to upgrade my order and ship it to a new address but I just wanted to cancel and get my refund, she said no problem.
6 days later I still didn't get a refund, no replies to my emails and the flower delivery was cancelled. I call them the associate said she'd have a manager call me back. I give them a call an hour before they close and she's "doing errands" but somehow was able to tell the associate it takes 2-3 days for a refund yet it's been a whopping 6 days since the cancellation.
Honestly, I'll never business with them again, don't recommend for any special occasions because they clearly can't handle that and every time I called the associates we're not engaging. Not good customer service, horrible management.
