Extremely bad customer service. I was flying into california and when I recieved my bag at the baggage claim I noticed that the zipper was open. I looked in the bag just to make sure everything was in place. MY NEW CAMERA WAS MISSING! Along with my camera, my charger, and the 8gb chip was missing. I sent in all of my reciepts and filed a claim. I just recieved a letter yesterday saying that electronics is not part of their policy and unfortunetly they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE and they definitely lost my respect! DO NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALL!!
