My first experience here was in new car sales, and I would consider it a bit below average. Typically new car sales gamesmanship type approach to try to wear the customer down. Initially, service was average. My low rating is due to some specific service interactions that were quite poor, particularly with a service staff named Jeff, who was quite rude and offensive. After my last poor and disrespectful service experience with Jeff, I have never returned to Acura of Las Vegas, and never will. There are far better options out there for sales and service.
