  • Out shopping on a Tuesday for a solar pool blanket, thought we'd found a really good price. Paid and were told our product wasn't in the store but would arrive Friday. It didn't, but for sure on Monday, we were told. Called Monday - there was something "funny" when they checked on delivery, but the person who checked wasn't in until Tuesday, please call back. Went in Tuesday - Paul took an attitude - " It's a special order. I TOLD you I would call when it came in!" We were never told it was a special order, nor that it was coming from some unknown supplier in New York, nor that no truck delivery from that supplier was scheduled, etc. Bottom line, we ended up (after waiting for delivery for 18 days) paying the difference for a more expensive solar cover that was in stock. Won't go back.
