After reading all the rave reviews, I have to say I was disappointed. The food is unique (chickpea tofu, water with flowers and jelly cubes, locally foraged greens such as burdock and moss, to name a few) but nothing wowed me. The service was excellent, which almost makes me want to rate this 4 stars but the food just wasn't that spectacular, especially considering the price. We paid $95 each for the chef's menu. For that price, I can think of so many other restaurants in Toronto that would have been far better.
