  • I called on Oct 13, 2015 at 6:30 PM to make a consultation for cosmetic fillers. I found the secretaries to be be uninformed and rude. I called the main phone number which I guess is there general medical dermatology line and the secretary had no idea what I meant by "fillers". I specifically had to ask for the cosmetic clinic. When I was transferred over I asked for a consultation on a Saturday. The cosmetic clinic secretary rudely told me that the doctors do not work weekends and it is estheticians only. I tried to explain that the website did not specify that, as it only says open Saturdays 9-3 by appointment only. She interrupted me and repeated the same thing, talking to me like I was 10 years old. Anyway, I didn't make it past the secretaries to know that this clinic is not the place for me!
