  • I would say that this company has a lack of professionalism and is difficult to deal with. Each time I tried to schedule my appointment I was provided new information that I was not provided previously. Like a different address than one I was originally provided or don't drink or eat anything with Potassium...neither of those items were provided to me initially. On my second reschedule, I was provided an address and told to call once I arrived because the location was "difficult to find". Once I arrived and called, no one contacted me back. When they did contact me, I was told that after wandering around for 20 minutes, I was in the wrong building and that they would not be able to do my procedure (although I was the last appointment of the day.) I was told that I was provided the correct location but I was in the wrong place. I explained that I was at the address I was provided. I was told I was wrong. I wasn't going to argue with Kim anymore, since I wouldn't have gone to the incorrect address unless it was provided to me. I obviously wanted my appointment to go smoothly. I can't imagine working with this company in the future.
