  • Service(5) -- I haven't been to that many place to fix my car, and maybe i'm naive, but I always feel like the staff at Firestone are very friendly and honest men. They don't force me to fix things in my car and seem pretty honest about the conditions of my car parts. I had a tire leak and they fix it very fast under the warranty. Price (4) -- I'm saying Firestone is cheap, but I'm saying it's just like any other place. It's a bit of a ripoff but it's just as comparable to other places. And even if i have to pay a tad more at Firestone, I would because I trust them.
