  • I was one of the first tenants when I moved in.  Everything was great until new management company took over. This new company replaced everyone including maintainance people and things went down after. I loved the actual unit and amenities but I did not want to stay longer when new contruction work was started bombing the land across street from my unit. The biggest issue is when you move out. You will not see your money back from your deposit. They will find any reason to charge you no matter how clean your place is. Normal wear & tear is your fault. When I moved in, previous leasing office agent told me they were not going to charge me for the holes in the walls. I punched a few holes to hang frames. However this new management office charged me a lot for it saying that they had to repaint the whole room. They charged $150 cleaning fee even though I left the unit spotless. They charged whatever they wanted to charge with any excuses. They did not give me itemized bill so I had to go back to ask in person. Save your $500 security deposit and live somewhere else. There are tons of great apartments in Las Vegas with better reputation.
