  • Their sales guys are full of lies! I was in a pinch and needed a couch and mattress set ASAP. I went in on a Saturday night. When I asked how quickly they could deliver, one sales guy told me 2 weeks. The next one said, "he doesn't know what he's talking about (referring to the first sales guy) he's been off for the past 2 weeks. I am going to tell you that your furniture will be in Friday, but more than likely it will be in Monday or Tuesday prior to." Okay, fair enough, he's covering his butt by not promising me a delivery date. It is now Friday. 6 days after I ordered my furniture and I have not received a call to even set up delivery. I called the store and was told that my mattress set is actually in, waiting to be delivered, yet they thought it was ok not to inform me of that. My sectional hasn't even been shipped from the manufacturer! Had I known that I was being fed lies, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
