  • Joshua behaved in a very unprofessional manner the first day we met. He let himself into my back yard on a Saturday morning scaring my wife and kids and luckily my dogs were in the house. He was clearly confused about why I was upset and never apologized simply shaking my hand and walking away. I would have understood if he thought no one was home since we were a new renter but for the uhaul in the driveway and he had to walk by our open kitchen windows with the family half dressed and the dogs barking their heads off. On top of that he left me with a salty, dirty pool with a broken drain and no chlorine in the pool nor a floaty with tabs. I put my deposit down on the rental 3 weeks before moving in so he clearly didnt care about first impressions. Megan Update, today another pool company came by and checked the water. They told us the salt levels were higher then they have ever seen, unsafe to get in and the pool would need to be drained and refilled. I talked briefly to Joshua who was quick to say that it wasn't his fault.
