  • I chose Papago Buttes because it was one of the recommendations from my OB and also because of the great reviews. When we arrived at the hospital to check in, the nurse also had children that are patients of theirs and had all great things to say. We chose Dr. Sotelo and are very happy with the treatment he has given our son since the day he came into the hospital to see him. The office staff are also so sweet, especially the billing staff being very helpful to me during some insurance headaches and financial situations. They have the on call triage nurse(s) during and after hours that I have called too many times to count (as a new mom I panicked about everything) knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We moved to Chandler last month but I still take my son to Papago, despite the longer drive!
