Okay for a foreigner these might be a 5/5 because yay fried cheese.... But for a Wisconsinite (which I'm not, I'm just faking it til I make it :o) these would be a 3/5. I had them at a stand on the way to the football game so they might have not had the prime cooking setup... Because they were too oily! The cheese was mozzarella stick texture (in that I could have choked on it lol). And I'm pretty sure curds aren't supposed to be that way! But tbh when it comes down to it they were yummy because, again, fried cheese = love. And the ranch and sriracha aioli were good, but gave me bad breath :( It's been real, curd girl, but I won't be back.
