I've always used this location to ship packages to my nephews. One of my nephews turned 6 this April. I spent 2 months collecting all the Star Wars Legos and clothes and other items I was sending him. I took everything in, paid for a box it all fit in and paid almost $20 to have it shipped so it would be delivered on his birthday. On the day it was to be delivered I came home from work and checked the tracking of the birthday package so I could figure out skyping with my sister and nephew to see him open his presents. Imagine my shock and surprise to find out the package hadn't even been picked up. To make matters worse when I called the UPS store they told me they still had the shipping label, that never made it on my box of birthday presents, that was now missing from their store. Picked up by someone going somewhere that no one could track. They knew about this error, and yet waited for me to realize the fuck up and call them before They told me what happened. Sure, after several calls to the store (and not one return call from them) I called and filed a formal complaint and the store reimbursed me $88 for the gifts and shipping costs. But now two weeks after my nephews birthday I am still waiting for his replacement gifts to arrive, which have now cost me more to replace than the first time I bought them, and my nephews birthday is long since gone along with the fun of him getting his presents on his birthday. Thanks UPS store. But I will not be going to this location again.
