  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not bring your car to this place. We brought our car in for a simple oil change. They botched the oil change and our car caught on fire that SAME day, totaling it. The next day we went back to tell them what happened. They had us fill out a case report and told us we would be getting a call from their case management. The woman who called us was SO rude that I still can't get it out of my head. She was condescending, rushed us, told us "we don't KNOW it's their fault", made several snarky comments about how she had "other cases to deal with" and then HUNG UP on us. Even our insurance representative was in agreement that she was completely unprofessional. I will NEVER bring my car back to this place or ANY Walmart auto shop for that matter ever again. Nothing happened to case management, Walmart, OR the mechanics who botched the job.
