If I could give zero I would. We own timeshare and have been on several presentations. Hard sell tactics are so 80's. The product is good. Why do you have to rebuttal 20 times? Our guide Michael, mentioned several times how great he was and how he is the number one seller for a reason. His counterpart, Lamont, came in and tried to restate everything 20 times despite our insistence that we did not want to purchase. Finally, the marketing guy (older gentleman) after we told him no (for the 20th time) he said "you can get your gift in lobby." He did not close transaction say thank you or anything. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time with this organization.
