Unfortunately I had the misfortune of getting pick pocketed in Vegas, losing my ID, credit cards, and phone. So when I arrived 6 hours early for my flight, I was kinda expecting a little more support from the customer service reps at the counter. I asked her what the process was like for cases like mine and she did not know. After checking in, I also asked her if there was anyway of getting onto an earlier flight. There was only one other flight departing to the same destination before my scheduled flight. But apparently, I already missed the cut off point of getting on which was 45 minutes before the departure time. So I decided to look online, just to make sure. Turns out, the flight was delayed by 30 minutes and I didn't miss the cut off time! And when I approached her again about the situation, she said now I'm 5 minutes too late and she wouldn't be simply wouldn't be able to help me. What a haughty b word! Couldn't even admit that she was wrong and incompetent. And btw her name is Doris
