  • Always helpful and cheaper than the chain pool stores. Had a great experience with them last week. Took my Hayward pool cleaner in as it was tiring hoses in knots. They found a missing spring and replaced it no charge. Took it home and still had problem the next day. Returned to store and they looked it over while I waited. Determined one of the A-frame parts needed to be replaced. Took a new part out of the bag & replaced it in cleaner. They said no charge and I offered to pay multiple times. Now that is the way to win a loyal customer!
