  • The staff working here are great, take their time to help you, and pass on information that they know. The store is clean and organized. I take advice for what to give dog from my vet. I go to a pet store to buy what my vet tells me to. I'm not sure why the bad reviews about the skill level of the staff here, they are knowledgeable about products and very patient with questions and advice. Listen to what your vet says, it's pretty straight forward. These staff had good information and let me decide with no pressure. I felt like the staff genuinely wanted to help. This store gets five stars from me for their excellent customer service from the staff they have working at this location. I've been here three times, once this evening, each time was excellent, and I'm a tough customer for reviews!
