  • SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM* **IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD** I was locked out of my house. The technician B.J. charged me $490 for opening 1 lock! I looked at my receipt and called the company the next day and the guy that answered was extremely rude. I asked him how much was their standard pricing and he replied "We have no set pricing, if the technician felt it was the price he charged then that's the price!" Then he hung up the phone! I called back and told him the reason why I was calling was because I feel like that was ridiculous seeing as to how other locksmith companies don't even charge 1/2 of the price I paid. I then asked for the manager's name and phone number and in return "Mr. McRudePants" replied "Tony!" I asked what his last name and phone number was and he replies "Tony! I can't give you anymore information! Give me your info and he'll call you back!" Then I gave him my phone number and he began to say it with me and I sensed his attitude. I said "I spent $490 on 1 lock and I'm inquiring about the ridiculousness of the price and you have the nerve to have an attitude with me?" He then told me I was being hostile. I told him that I hadn't yelled, cursed or called him out of his name and he was being very rude ......he then replied "Me neither" like a child. I would hope you wouldn't with a customer while working. I called "BJ" back and guess what he tells me? He tells me that they texted him and said I had just called. I then told him I did call and that I wanted the manager's name and number. I also told him that he knows I'm not rude at all. I was locked out in 105° heat for 2 hours soaking wet and when he arrived I was very nice to him despite that. I even offered him a snack and some water. I even tipped him. So he should know I'm not a rude person especially when you've seen me in the most screwed predicated I always maintain my composure. He then told me the manager's name was Tony and that the number was at the top left of the receipt.....I told him I don't have it on me what's the number? He says "It's 480550!" I said "so there's no area code?" He repeats himself. ......I just hung up after saying ok because I then realized I had been ripped off and scammed......don't worry I've got a trick for them YELP, BBB & ATTORNEY.....Fraudulent Charge
