OMG what a bunch of imbiciles in the back office. It took me about 5 phone calls and over an hour of being on hold with my insurance company and the image center to try and sort it all out. After going into the Urgent Care center, Banner sent in an order for an MRI, the imaging place contacted them and said they needed the doctors notes in order to obtain insurance authorization. Banner told them to fax a request which they did. Later my MRI appointment was cancelled because the image center did not receive the notes. It turns out that the fax machine was broken so they couldn't receive the fax. Who knows how many other patients treatments have been delayed because of their broken fax machine. There is no excuse for errors like this when it comes to a persons health. As far as getting treated I'd give this place 5 stars but the back office is horrible.
