  • Questionable billing practices. I was referred to CDHA for a colonoscopy. On the day of my procedure I was charge the co-pay per my insurance coverage. A few weeks later I received a bill for a second co-pay. It appears they bill your insurance for two encounters - one for the physician and one for the facility. Sounds like double dipping to me.
