  • I am impressed with my first encounter at Sushi Loca, and I only ordered to-go! I was house sitting in Centennial area and had to get my sushi fix for dinner. This is definitely the place to try. I ordered online using their phone app, nice and easy. I left the house right after ordering and figured I'd wait a little bit at the restaurant to pick up the food. Everything was ready as I arrived, 10 minutes tops and they had steady business inside! Their fast to-go service blew my mind. My only nitpick is to show the food during pickup, to ensure accuracy. I checked before I left so all was well. Most important, the food was delicious and fresh. I ordered some nigiri, and two rolls. Sushi Loca is very attentive with boxing up the items and setting up the to-go bag (which is very important to me). The salmon and yellowtail nigiri was fresh, with a good fish/rice ratio. The Final Fantasy roll was good, and the Natural Viagra was my favorite. Interesting name, I can't pass up smelt eggs on a roll! I look forward to dining in, especially at the new location in Downtown Summerlin. :)
