Beets. Bears. Battlestar Galactica. Vicki and I had a list, we checked it twice. We found EVERYTHING on that list.
The people at Barry's were really nice. We were immediately greeted by a young man who took us directly to what I described (which wasn't what we needed, by the way) and when we decided that it was too costly for what we needed SOMEONE ELSE (who could have stepped in when I described what I needed the first time) took us to the right thing. I appreciate the first, younger guy's attempt to help us but not that the other guy just kind of sat back and let us fail. I'm all for efficiency in action.
They had all the things you're looking for in a hardware store: the things, the helpful people, the people who know what they're doing. It's a wonderful place and it is apparently family owned which is something we should support when we can.
