| - I honestly LOVE their products, however the square one location is by far the worst at customer service. I always go on knowing exactly what I want, and I'm not there just to look around, but the employees still completely disregard your existence. They don't greet you as you walk in, or even smile, which is the BASIC rule of customer service. Instead, they stare you down without even saying hi, as if you're about to steal something. I've been going to this location for over six years since it's the closest to my house, but nothing has changed. When you need someone to get you something from the drawers, there is no one in sight trying to help, and even once you ask them for help they say "okay" and never show up. I've act silly stood there for over twenty minutes just to get a product out of the drawer. What's the point of opening a store when you have horrible customer service? I rather online shop then go to this location. Last time I was in and was buying concealer, I asked for a sample for another product that I was almost 100% on buying, but the girl said they had no sample containers. Are you joking? You're a high traffic store with no sample containers? Please don't waste your time at this location and buy online or go to Sephora. Sephora is always friendly, ready to help, and the best with samples of products you're thinking of buying.
