Took my car there a couple of times - first time for an oil change on a group voucher deal and the second for some brake work. The synthetic oil change was really expensive - as though they charged me retail for the oil. But for the brakes they did good work, used quality (Wagner) parts, fixed rather than replace what they could, and the shop rate is competitive, at least for the midtown area - much less than Sammy's next door. The only thing I didn't like was Rocco's "don't worry, we'll give you a good deal" approach - it just struck me as a little, well, old-school. If I hadn't already had an estimate from the dealer and known what needed to be done and a price for comparison purposes I'd have run. Will I go back? No reason not to, I suppose.
