| - Short review: It's probably a 2.5 depending on your idea of fun, but I do think you have to experience this place at least once. When the dancing, loud ass craziness is at it's peak, it is really fun to watch. The bartenders are awesome when they're doing their dance show on the bar. It's best to go late at night when it's busier and you can blend into the crowd a bit. Do not expect to be able to hang out and chill for awhile, because A. It's not that kind of bar and B. The bartenders are very (VERY!) good at getting you to part with your money so you can easily be out $50 in 15 minutes for almost nothing.
Ok, so things you must know:
1. It's ridiculously loud
2. The bartenders are vulgar (at top volume over a megaphone)
3. The prices for drinks vary based on ??? (that's code for whatever they feel like charging you)
4. You will be called out, loudly (see #2 above) for any number of reasons
5. You cannot get shots without buying the bartender one or they will loudly call you out (see above)
6. You will pay full price for their shot even though they are watering theirs down because they would easily die of alcohol poisoning by the end of the night considering they do a (paid for + additional tip) shot every 5 seconds
7. You will tip more than you should to avoid being called out (see #4) or you will deal with constant loud shaming
8. If female, you will be expected to get up and dance on the bar or (see #4)
9. You will have a hard time getting away with "I'll just nurse this one beer for a while" because (see #4)
10. The shots, while delicious, are fairly weak, but you will end up doing at least 3, while paying for at least 6 because (see #'s 4, 5, 6)
Ok, I think that's the basic run down of the place. Have fun! ;)
