  • Hiring the Gluch Group to help us sell our Phoenix home was the right move! We know a few members from the team from church and social circles and decided to talk with them when it came time for us to move to a new city to be closer to family. Jeremy met us at our property and suggested a list price that was more than even we were thinking the property would sell for. Not only did they sell the property the first weekend but we received a contract for higher than list price! Their photos and marketing was on point and helped us get a great buyer and a strong contract. The overall care that the Gluch Group showed us during our sale was off the chart. They followed up quickly and kept us in the loop during the sale. Overall we are very happy that we went with the Gluch Group and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the valley.
