| - I came here to get my nails done for a wedding. I told them that I wanted a polish change on my toes, and a gel manicure. I normally don't get get but as we were a few days out from the event I didn't want them to chip. The man kept telling me to do powder gel instead of the UV light. I asked if they did UV, and he said they do, but after I said at least three times that was what I wanted, he wouldn't drop the gel powder. I said fine. Then, the entire shopping complex lost power, which isn't their fault but I had to sit there with my phone and hold my phones flashlight on them, and pay with venmo instead of card. It was kind of a stressful manicure and not at all relaxing, and you would have thought he would have thrown in a discount for a compromised experience. After $52 for a polish change ped and a gel manicure, my freaking nails were chipped after 4 DAYS. 4 days. Not to mention, I am checking the website, and a gel manicure is $32, and a polish change is $10. So he overcharged me.
The place was clean and the people were friendly minus the man refusing to accept I wanted a UV gel. I was just really disappointed with the experience and value.
****UPDATE: They offered to fix my nail, but as I live far away they reimbursed me for mischarge and a discount. They were very quick with turn around and genuine in their response. :) ****
