Terminix took over the local company that handled our house. They kept the techs which was great but their customer service due to being a giant company is absolutely the worse. i liken it to a similar experience as calling the irs number or any other bureaucratic entity that is simply too big. you cannot schedule/ you cannot pay/ you cannot make a change without holding at least 26 (that was the least hold time i've had... as we speak i'm on hold waiting to make a final payment and never have to deal with them again. Look for a smaller company who can better service the customer. .........editing the post because after the yelp review someone reached out immediately the entire review was based on how they did not react so I'm very thankful that they did see it and reply quickly.
