  • Came in to pickup my birthday box from them and no one was at the counter when I came in. I waited a few moments until some dude came around the cornor with a mouth full of food. He couldn't even say hi that's how full his mouth was. I called earlier to see if I needed to order the box or just pick it up and was told it would be ready when I came in. Well....it wasn't and had to wait over 15 minutes because they didn't have it prepared. Then the other employee comes out with a mouth full of food and slamming the fridge doors. I don't know what the damn problem was or they couldn't wait till after their shift to eat but it's gross and against health code.
