  • Probably my favorite restaurant in all of the greater Charlotte area, top 3 at least! They have a wonderful and varied menu, and while Sushi and Burgers aren't something you would normally think of going together, somehow they make it work. My favorite item is the Chipotle Bison Burger! Exceptionally well seasoned, the 7 grain bun and smoked bacon really make it pop. As for dessert you must try "The Moose is Loose!" Alternating layers of decadent chocolate cake, chocolate mouse and whipped cream. It's splendid! I'm not the biggest sushi fan myself but my wife and close friends have suggested "The Kings Roll" and "The Firecracker." I've been going to this restaurant for more than 4 years now and I couldn't recommend it any more highly.
