When I made my appointment with Valley Spine, I was told that although they did not accept my secondary insurance, they would waive my primary insurance co-payments so that I did not incur a cost for seeing someone that did not accept both. On my fifth visit I was informed that because I had a high deductible on my primary, I would need to pay $40 per visit. I was then presented a bill for the PREVIOUS visits. I paid the bill and cancelled the current appointment.
I can not say that the previous visits were substandard with the exception that you can expect to wait past your appointment time to be seen. Then again, I can't say it was the best chiropractic care I have had either. Just be careful about knowing what you will be charged and understand that what Mr. Dumler says he will do with insurance versus what he will actually present you a bill for, may be two vastly different things.
