  • I like Hobby Lobby I really do, so much to see, a great selection. One of the reasons why I didn't rate it higher is because their customer service area is lacking. I'm never greeted, lots of employees around but none really acknowledge you or ask if you need help finding anything. I get it, sometimes you are so busy working and trying to get your stuff done but it's okay to look up every once in a while and smile at the customer standing directly next to you
