  • I was in the drive thru yesterday and a super huge snafu arose. I gave the cashier a GC and told her the amount on it. Long story short, close to fifteen minutes waiting for her and a supervisor to correct the transaction I was growing increasingly imptient. Thankfully I was comped an item due to the length of time however I know people behind me must have been miffed. Today was a much better day at this newly remodeled location. Caveat that there are ZERO outlets at this place. They clearly want you in and out however I have enjoyed being able to study at Mc Donald's as an option to Starbucks or the library. Can't recharge your laptop or phone here..Brenda is a shining star employee that truly cares about her job and people. She is polite and friendly. Five stars to Brenda!! I like the kiosk that you can pay at and employees delivering food to the tables gives it a more personal touch. Lastly, all the coffee drinks I have ever ordered are delicious. Today was no different with a sugar free carmel latte that was perfect!
