I would not recommend living here. I chose this apartment complex because it was cheap but I wish I went elsewhere. They are constantly shutting off the water. My dishwasher was not even screwed in and it took a month to be fixed because they only can schedule repairs at very limited times. For some reason, the paint they use in the cabinets is very sticky so everything sticks to it. The cabinets are wood and they put this layer on it that looks like granite but chips off showing the wood beneath. They religned the bathtub/shower, within a week the lining chipped and started bubbling where water got in between the layers. This happened to my neighbor as well, when the maintenance personal put a ladder in his shower to inspect for MOLD. This neighbor also has never had hot water. You can just tell that they are trying to make this place look nicer but doing it cheaply which makes it worse. Then, when it came time to renew my lease, they upped my rent by over 30%. I went in to the office 70 days prior to my lease ending to negotiate the price and the lady said she would contact Greystar and that they'd get back to me. They never did. When I got tired of waiting, I went in telling them that I wouldn't renew my lease, they told me that I had to give 60 days written notice and I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL 830 DOLLARS. I explained to the manager that I would've provided written notice but was waiting to hear back from them and they never contacted me back. She couldn't have cared less. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.
