| - ***UPDATE*** CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK!!!
I've had my car for about 2 weeks. I went to the DMV to register and get my permanent plates. Upon doing so, I was charged a registration fee and didn't think anything of it. Once I got home, I figured I'd look at my paperwork to make sure I wasn't charged twice. In doing so I realized I wasn't charged twice, BUT I was charged more for a service that I was quoted a different price for. As stated in my review below, I got my windows tinted at the dealership. At first Isaac said it would cost $399.95. I declined, because I know I can get it done cheaper somewhere else. I can't remember if he left and came back or if he quoted right away, but at some point he says "my manager said we can do it for $99.95." Ok cool. I can deal with that. Well, once you go sign the paperwork CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK! I didn't and they slipped the $399.95 for tint into the fees. MY FAULT. I didn't check. I signed it. It's done. My fault for not checking. BUT don't let them do the same thing to you that they did to me! I was in a rush. I was starting to get hangry. I trusted everything would be the way we discussed. Everyone was so nice. They got me for an extra $300. DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU! Don't be fooled by the niceness and the warm friendly service. Check EVERY LINE, EVERY DOLLAR FIGURE.
***CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN***
Just bought my 2018 Honda Civic yesterday, left it overnight to get the tint done, and I picked it up today. The entire experience was great! I started the process dealing with the internet sales guy Kevin Cordaro, met him in person, he put me in contact with my sales person Issac Orozco. Isaac was extremely patient and knowledgeable with great customer service. I had a lot of questions, I was very indecisive, we walked up and down the lot, back and forth, looked at certified pre owned, and back. From civics sedans, to coupes, to hatchbacks, to the Accord and back to civics. Isaac was there every step of the way with an answer to all of my questions as well as provided different options and suggestions. Once the car was picked out we crunched the numbers and everyone walked away happy.
I opted to get my tint done there at the dealership. They only tint on certain days, so I left my car overnight and picked it up the following day. Victor Arizmendi took care of me. Showed me the options, what's legal what's not, etc... great customer service through and through.
The sales manager Ryan Ragland was extremely professional as I was driving a hard bargain, he was very flexible and we were able to compromise and get the deal done.
Once the deal was in place it was time to talk to the finance manager, Shelly Liggett. She is about 4'10 with a larger than life personality and really patient, because by this time I was "hangry" and ready to go eat. She talked me through the warranties and all of my available options, and there were plenty!
All in all this was one of the best car buying experiences (4 total other) I've had in the last 14 years. I also shopped around other dealerships/other makes. This one just felt right. There's a great thing going on over at Findlay Honda in the northwest (Centennial). If you're in the market, check them out!
Give Isaac a chance to find the perfect car for you!
