  • First off, I ADORE this place for their fantastic bands, cozy and cool atmosphere, and good food; however, the downfall lies in the service. I was there this Friday, and I was disappointed by how slow it was; it was a one-man show. I think it might've been the owner who was taking care of every table. I understand that it's a small venue, but one more waiter would've been perfect. Then again, maybe somebody called in sick? Who knows... The jazz joint is not as lavishly decorated as, let's say, the House of Jazz; however, it's got an authentic jazz feel to it and the food is much, much better. All in all, I'll be back again for sure.
