  • I love Jamba Juice, but this by far is the WORST location I've ever been to. I travel out of CLT several times per month and EVERY TIME I go to this Jamba, they are out of something. Today they were out of mangoes, peaches and were only taking credit and debit cards. Over half of the items on their menu have mangoes and/or peaches - how do you run out?! The staff is awful! They're yelling out names and/or the product you ordered, barely enunciating, and then have the audacity to get an attitude because they have to repeat themselves because nobody understood their mumbling. Going to this Jamba Juice is a hassle and inconvenience - save yourself the frustration and find a snack elsewhere. Today was the last straw. This is the last time I'll be visiting this location , which is disappointing because I love JJ but not enough to deal with this level of POOR service.
