WATCH OUT!
This business only wants to sell new hearing aids, no matter what is wrong with the one you have. We originally had this happen in there two years ago. The hearing aid they sold me was not nearly as good as the the one I had, but they highly recommended it and they got $1,600 out of me. I have recently gone back there to have them look at my second hearing aid (for the other ear) and they again tried to sell me a new one. However, knowing what they did before, I took this older one to another Hearing Aid business in Scottsdale and they fixed it for $75, and it is as good as new! From talking to neighbors, I have learned that "Audiology and Hearing Aid Center" is getting a reputation for "selling hearing aids" whether they are needed or not. BUYER BEWARE!
